Home and Quick Log
The latest facts, and one tap to add to them.
Home shows the most recent feed, diaper, sleep and temperature, any timer that is running, and a note when a supply is low. Quick Log is a grid of tiles.
Tiles
Bottle, Breast, Pump, Diaper, Sleep and Temp to start. Spit-up, Tummy time, Weight, Vitals, Supplement, Supplies, Note and Photo can be turned on in Settings › Tracking.
Duration after the fact
Type the minutes once a feed or a nap is over. A live timer is there for sleep, breastfeeding and tummy time when you want one, and either parent can stop it from their own phone.
A save never disappears
If a save fails, the error is shown and your entry stays on screen. A tap on a slow connection does not create a duplicate.
Log
One chronology, by the baby's local day.
Every entry in order, with the time it happened rather than the time it was typed. Change a time, delete an entry, or restore one. Notes and photos can be attached to any entry.
Insights
It reports what was recorded. It does not say what is normal.
Choose a range and see totals, averages and charts computed from the raw entries. The gap between feeds is measured from the end of one to the start of the next. A day with nothing logged shows a gap, never a zero. There are no predictions and no verdicts.
Milk
Pumped milk, from container to bottle.
Each pump becomes containers in the fridge or the freezer. A bottle fed from the stash is deducted from it, so what is left matches what is in the door.
Sharing
Links that end.
For a clinician
A read-only summary for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. No account needed. Every link can be ended early from the Report screen.
For a sitter
A logging link for 4, 12 or 24 hours. The sitter sees the emergency information first and logs bottles, diapers, temperatures, notes and sleep. How it works.
Handoff
The last twelve hours on one read-only screen, for the moment one person takes over from another.
Provenance
Every entry shows who recorded it. A sitter's entries are marked Guest / sitter, in the log and in every report.
Reports and backup
Your records, in formats nothing here controls.
- PDF, CSV and JSON by date rangeChoose the sections to include. Every report states the timezone it was calculated in, attributes sessions to the day they began, and is labelled parent-entered tracking data.
- Data backupEverything ever logged as one JSON file, including entries that were deleted. Save it somewhere that is not a phone.
- DocumentsPhotos and PDFs saved with an entry are kept with the record and downloaded one at a time.
Settings
The household's numbers, kept where the household can see them.
- BabyName, date of birth, timezone, and the units you prefer for weight, length and temperature.
- Caregivers and linksWhat a sitter can see, and what they need from you first.
- Goals and remindersYour reminder intervals. The app shows the arithmetic on them, not advice.
- SuppliesHousehold inventory. Home only mentions it when something is low.
- Medical and emergencyShown on the sitter handoff, before anything else.
- AppearanceAuto, Dark, Light or Night. On Auto, Night runs from 22:00 to 06:00 by the phone's clock.
- Data and privacyWhat the app stores, and what it will never do with it. The same description is on this site.
